We want you to be completely obsessed with your Buxom products, but if you are not satisfied, we accept returns of new or gently used items within 30 days of purchase. Please note that items purchased directly from our website must be returned through our online portal to ensure a valid refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid USPS return shipping label, which will be sent to your email address for easy printing.
Pack Your Products
Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized USPS location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment within 7-10 business days.
